ART AND LIVE MUSIC EXPERIENCE
Come escape from the madness, for an afternoon of Fine Art, live music by Bacchus Nel, and good food. We are excited to present our new look, along with creations by amazing artists.

The Blue Crane Restaurant and Bar is conveniently located within the Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary in Nieuw Muckleneuk, within walking distance from the popular Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria. You can enjoy a meal from the a la carte menu at the fireplace inside, or at a table on the outdoor upper deck where you can take in the beautiful view of the lake and bird colonies. Or sip drinks from the upstairs bar, enjoying the live music from one of the tables near the stage outside. For the kids there is an outdoor play area, safely fenced off from the water's edge.
Meet the Muso:
Bacchus Nel will be entertaining you live on stage with a set list of songs from his long career as folk musician. His first album, 'In die arms van die nag', was released in 2005, followed by his second 'Tussen Junk en Jewelry' in 2011, and others including 'Twee Ster Hotel', 'Ou Blou Skoene' and 'Vaalrivier'. Come enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and guitar sounds as you browse the captivating collection of original artworks under the trees.
Parking:
Ample off street parking is available within the perimeter fence where a guard keeps watch all day.
