Lovers Series

The physical and spiritual has always featured very strongly in my work - but seperately in individual works. In the seventies I created the Biblical 'Revelation' series of 12 big fibreglass panels and 12 lino prints, and at the same time I did 'The Lovers' series comprising 21 works. Later these two elements melted into each other. 'Song of Solomon' (1993) is a good example of the union between the sensual and the spiritual.
