Losing Significance

The following work relates to an autobiographical account of Alzheimers Disease and memory loss. The brain etching in the oval frame is seen progressing to a shrinking, rusting, fragmenting image with the racket presses attempting to restrict any further brain deterioration. Below the memory box with some personal items with torn snippets of childhood memories becoming less accessible, denoting the fragility and impermanence of memory.
